£31,160 per annum

37 hours per week

About the role

The role of our Tutors here at NET are fundamental to everything we do as they provide ongoing support to all our learners ensuring the very best outcomes. The successful candidate will join an established team of Tutors covering a variety of classroom, online, employer and blended delivery. You will be expected to complete various quality and compliance documentation and will be responsible for ensuring that learners learn and that the sessions remain interactive whilst meeting the awarding body requirements. You will ensure that learners receive timely feedback to help them progress into outcomes and provide pastoral and wrap around support.

About the person

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • Level 3 teaching qualification
  • Assessors’ qualification (desirable)
  • Experience of teaching adults up to and including level 2, 3 and 5 qualifications (preferred)
  • To be able to deliver multiple qualifications in different sectors for example, leadership and management, customer service, retail, warehouse, PMO and hospitality for example
  • Experience of teaching adults up to and including level 2, 3 and 5 qualifications (preferred)
