Studio Wayne McGregor is seeking a talented Projects Manager to join our dynamic team, driving the delivery of the Studio's wide-ranging artistic programme. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to play a key role in shaping the Studio's creative journey. Deadline: 29 September 2025.

Studio Wayne McGregor is seeking a highly motivated Projects Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role is central to delivering the Studio's wide-ranging artistic programme and supporting the international profile of Company Wayne McGregor (CWM). The Projects Manager will work closely with the Executive Director and Senior Projects Manager to oversee project logistics, touring, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth delivery of complex projects and tours while aligning with the Studio's creative vision.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level support to the Executive Director, including preparing key documents, managing correspondence, tracking budgets, and representing the Studio at internal and external meetings.
  • Take the lead on touring logistics for CWM, including contracting dancers and technicians, liaising with international agents, coordinating schedules, arranging payments, and representing the company with promoters, venues, and partners worldwide. May travel with the company to provide on-the-ground support and act as an ambassador for CWM.
  • Develop and manage external relationships: maintain a comprehensive CRM database, coordinate communications and promotional materials, and cultivate partnerships with venues, festivals, and promoters to generate new opportunities.
  • Oversee financial and administrative aspects: reconciling budgets, managing royalty agreements, and contributing to financial reporting; lead on evaluation, reporting, and environmental initiatives linked to touring.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Senior Projects Manager to ensure smooth delivery of complex projects and tours while aligning with the Studio's creative vision.
