We are working with a leading international law firm based in London to recruit a Senior Associate for their Projects team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an international Projects and Construction team, working with a variety of clients including developers, housebuilders, financial institutions, government authorities, contractors, and insurers.

The projects lawyer will work across industries such as transport, waste, and real estate, handling matters related to real estate development, real estate finance, and more.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ PQE;
• Strong experience in projects and construction law;
• Experience in real estate development and finance is highly valued;
• Excellent academic record;
• Willingness to contribute to business development;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Technical excellence in legal practice.
