Overview

Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in Chelmsford. You will join us on a part-time basis, working 22.5 hours per week. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £14,340pa (£23,582 pro rata), plus benefits.

Corporation Road is a registered care home providing 24 hour care for people with learning and physical disabilities currently aged between their 40s and 70s. Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex. About The Support Worker Role

We’re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.

As our Support Worker, you will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community. This will include going out for activities such as music concerts, days by the sea, fun fairs, meals out and holidays etc.
