Qualifications

• 4+ years UK consultancy experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Proven experience across both pre and post-contract stages.
• MRICS or working towards chartership preferred.

• Preparing cost plans, tenders, and managing contract administration.
• Delivering cost advice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attending project meetings and client reporting.
• Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts.
