Overview

Are you looking for a short term role for 12 weeks where you can make an impact fast and where no two days will be the same?

ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting for several Project Support Officer roles on behalf of our client who work on a hybrid basis with office options available based in either Glasgow and Edinburgh, these roles will offer an excellent opportunity to gain experience supporting diverse projects and programmes.

Responsibilities

As a Project Support Officer, you will provide a full range of project support services, assisting with the organisation and administration of Projects, Programmes and Business as Usual activities.

  • Supporting Project Managers in the preparation, delivery and monitoring of project plans and documentation
  • Updating and tracking project deliverables and milestones
  • Ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of project records
  • Providing general administrative support to project teams
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a busy office environment
  • Knowledge of methodologies for planning, monitoring and controlling projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Minute taking experience
  • Diary management experience
