A leading recruitment firm based in the UK is seeking a coordinator to work alongside the Team Leader and Service Manager. This role involves managing repair jobs from enquiry to completion and supporting Engineering Services, particularly in Oil and Gas sectors. Candidates should have a degree in a related field and experience in a similar role. Strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with MRP systems like SAP is preferred.
Job Role:
This position is working alongside the Team Leader and Service Manager, coordinating repair jobs from enquiry through to job completion. This position will be supporting the Engineering Services business for the repair, overhaul, upgrade of Rotating Equipment across all industries including a focus on Oil and Gas and high-end Energy customers. Developing reports, quotations, production plans and other contractual documents for submission, and related internal documents such as price‑makeups, RFQ’s and supplier enquiries.
