Responsibilities

  • Utilize the ERP system for data extraction and analysis.
  • Monitor and track order delivery, providing updates in project meetings.
  • Generate detailed business reports for customer platforms.
  • Maintain organized project documentation.
  • Lead shipping meetings to align departmental stakeholders.
  • Represent the Projects Team in sales meetings.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date project records.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within ERP and database systems.
  • Prepare formal communications for external parties.
  • Provide flexible support to ensure project delivery.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and numerical capability
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with ERP systems like Syteline
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities
Flexible and adaptable
Resilient under pressure

Full time hours, Monday to Friday

This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of both internal and external sources, ensuring projects maintain momentum and communication remains clear and effective.

Typical duties include:
  • Utilize the ERP system for data extraction and analysis
  • Monitor and track order delivery, providing updates in monthly project meetings
  • Generate detailed business reports for customer platforms
  • Maintain organized project documentation, including reports from databases, meetings, and business inputs
  • Lead shipping meetings to align departmental stakeholders, ensuring logistical and operational plans are proactive and robust
  • Represent the Projects Team in sales meetings
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date project records, ensuring data integrity and supporting audit readiness
  • Act as a subject matter expert within ERP and database systems
  • Prepare formal communications for external parties, manage the Projects Team inbox
  • Provide flexible support to ensure project delivery is timely, within budget, and meets quality standards
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical capability
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems like Syteline is preferred
