Hours: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Support Administrator to join their busy Fire Division. This office‑based role reports to the Fire Project Manager and works closely with the Operations Team to book, coordinate and manage all works within the division. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have experience in Passive Fire, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and reputable FM business.
You will be responsible for coordinating all project‑related activity within the Fire Division, including liaising with clients, managing engineer diaries and preparing and issuing RAMS. You’ll ensure job information is accurately recorded on the in‑house portal, compile reports, organise callouts, raise purchase orders, check PIN (Bolster) entries and generate material requirement lists. Working daily with the Operations Team, you’ll help deliver a smooth and efficient service to all clients.
We are looking for someone motivated, organised and confident in handling both client communication and administrative tasks. You will be IT proficient (particularly in Excel and Word), reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider operational team. Experience in Passive Fire is essential.
