Location : Gloucestershire

Contract : 6‑month temporary contract (with potential for extension)

Hours : Full‑time

Salary : £26.67 p / h (umbrella)

IR35 : Inside

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Project Support Contractor to support a busy project portfolio based in Gloucestershire. This is a varied, hands‑on role supporting multiple live projects and working closely with two Project Engineers delivering capital investment projects across the site.

Project Environment

You will be supporting a wide range of projects, including:

  • Civil projects
  • Installation and cladding works
  • Flood defence works to protect hangar facilities
  • Hangar relocation project
  • Small‑scale projects such as machine acquisition

This is a highly varied role offering exposure to both large and small projects across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Support the initiation, planning, and delivery of projects

Work closely with two Project Engineers, particularly during the first few weeks, to understand ways of working and project processes

Engage daily with contractors, including running contractor meetings and managing actions

Organise and attend stakeholder meetings, ensuring progress is tracked and issues are resolved

Provide project management administration support, including managing budgets and tracking spend

Be proactive and tenacious in pushing actions forward and securing outcomes
