The role:


You will be collaborating with project managers to define tasks, timelines, and resource requirements, supporting accurate activity estimations. You will be developing detailed Microsoft Project schedules, including work breakdown structures, to map out project tasks and dependencies. You will be creating plans for bid stages and supporting project re-baselining during delivery. You will be establishing and maintaining project performance metrics and KPIs, regularly tracking progress against plans and budgets. You will be working with diverse stakeholders to manage resource needs, identifying risks, opportunities, assumptions, and dependencies within schedules, and helping develop mitigation strategies. You will be ensuring all schedules align with project scope and objectives.

What we want from you:

  • You have extensive expertise in project planning and scheduling, with at least 2-3 years managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • You're skilled in project management methodologies and tools, including budgeting and cost control.
  • You bring strong experience in resource management, coordinating teams and allocations effectively.
  • You are an expert user of Microsoft Project, able to create and maintain detailed schedules.
  • You have a technical background, preferably within an engineering design and development environment.
