• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across a large-scale development.

Responsibilities

• Managing all commercial and contractual aspects of the project from inception to completion.
• Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, and valuations.
• Producing accurate monthly cost reports and financial assessments.
