A leading construction firm in London is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial activities on major projects. Responsibilities include procurement, claim administration, and compliance checks. The ideal candidate should hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying and be a chartered member of RICS or working towards it. To build on our success we are currently seeking project surveyors for several newly secured major projects across the capital. As Project Quantity Surveyor you will support the Senior/Managing surveyor for the day-to-day management of all commercial activities in the construction process of the project.
Landmark Facades is part of the Wider Ardmore Group and we look after Re-Cladding jobs across London. The projects range from £3m - £30m and we are working with prestigious housing associations and house builders across London. With a current turnover of around £20m we are aiming to increase this year on year based on a strong order book and current pipeline of works to be undertaken.
