The Project Planner will support the delivery of ECO4 and wider funded retrofit projects, including PV and renewable installations. The role involves scheduling surveys and installations, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, and ensuring all works meet compliance, quality, and funding requirements. Clear communication, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills are essential.
Review customer and property documents to confirm funding eligibility.
Liaise with customers to book appointments, provide updates, and resolve queries.
