Job description
Overview

We are seeking to recruit a Project Officer to join the Registry Student Systems Team. The Student Systems Team are responsible for the direction, development, and support of essential systems, including the Student Management System (SITS), the academic administration portal (e:Vision), and the Student Information Desk (SiD).

Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of business analysis and project work related to the development and enhancement of the student records system, SITS.
  • Lead and support system developments across key components, including Admissions, Course Records, and Student Records.
  • Oversee the planning, development, testing, and deployment of new system functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and optimum performance.
  • Drive system improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external software suppliers to enhance the digital landscape.
Qualifications
  • HND or degree level qualification or equivalent level of experience.
  • Knowledge of working in higher education and an in-depth understanding of the SITS Student Management System.
  • Proactive and professional approach with the ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy; enthusiastic and able to work independently.
