An educational institution is seeking a Project Manager to lead health informatics projects. Based at Ninewells Hospital, you will manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity, ensuring they adhere to governance and quality standards. The role requires strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering meaningful change in healthcare. The position offers significant personal and professional development opportunities.
We are recruiting for a Project Manager within the Health Informatics Centre. This is a fixed‑term appointment for two years in the first instance.
You will be part of a small, supportive team of dedicated people who care about what they do and why they do it. You will have autonomy and purpose in your role, and are expected to let your project leadership skills and experience shine.
This role involves managing multiple projects of various size and duration at any given time, connected by their healthcare research aims and context. You will regularly lead or work with partner organisations on projects at a national and potentially international scale. This is a fantastic opportunity for a project manager who is comfortable with ambiguity and doesn’t mind the challenge of complex, high‑stake projects – because this is where real change happens.
