Due to our expanding team and client base, we are now seeking a Small Works Manager to manage projects under £10K around the UK, utilising subcontractor resources.

Must have

• Project management experience.
• SSSTS or equivalent certified with a strong understanding of BS5839 preferably FIA certified.

Responsibilities

• Understand, plan, gain approval for and implement small works projects
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Manage the project budget
• Create a project plan and schedule
• Support and direct the team
• Lead quality assurance
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables
• Evaluate and assess the result of the project
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget
