Overview

A CALL TO ACTION VOLUNTEERS : Dear New Earthers and Resonant Hearts, due to the exciting expansion in manifestation and growth we are happily experiencing, the Consulting and Systems Intergration team is looking for a Project Manager/Senior Consultant. As the Project Manager/Senior Consultant, you will report to the Director of Information Technology. The Project Manager/Senior Consultant functions as an integrator between the organizational needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet the current organizational needs. Responsibilities include defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation, as well as being passionate about their contribution to the organization.

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent experience (6-8 years minimum related).

• Experience with use case modeling
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• An advanced degree in the area of specialization
• Experience in software development to a common coding, version control and architectural standard
• Knowledgeable in software quality concepts such as documenting source code and software language specific code quality practices
• Understanding of software development team management support tools or similar task, issues and software build tools
• Knowledgeable in concepts of Continuous Integration (automated team software building, management and verification tools to maintain quality and team progress)
• Experience in applied unit testing
• Experience writing database access code
• Understanding of system architecture and component-based architecture and design
• Project management experience a plus
