We are working with a well-established main contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee new build projects across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial, retail, and industrial schemes.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead the site team, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients, and ensure health & safety compliance at all times.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager / Project Manager on new build projects (commercial, retail, or industrial)
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• BREEAM experience (highly desirable)
• Excellent communication and client-facing ability
