RoleOverview

TheProjectManagerwillprimarilyleadandmanagefouroftheAssociation’skeyindustryworkinggroups.Thesegroupsbringtogetherstakeholdersfromacrosstheecosystemtocollaborateoncriticalissues, deliverthoughtleadership,andshapethefutureoftheindustry.

ReportingdirectlytotheHeadofProjects,theProjectManagerwilldesign,coordinate,anddelivera portfolioofhigh-qualityoutputs;includingworkshops,whitepapers,podcasts,reports,andevents.

This roleoffers direct engagementwithseniorindustryleaders,policymakersandregulators. Itrequiresexcellentorganisational,communication,andstakeholdermanagementskills,withtheabilitytobalancelong-termstrategicdirectionwithday-to-daydelivery.

ProfileRequired

• Provenexperienceinprojectmanagement,stakeholderengagement,orindustryassociation/workinggroupmanagement.
• Provenexperienceinsomeformofwriting,contentcreationand/orcontentprogrammeplanning.Aneditorialbackgroundishighlydesirablehere(financialexposurewouldbegreat).
• Strongorganisationalskillsandeyefordetail,abletoprioritisecompetingtasksanddeliverconsistentlytoahighstandard.
• Excellentcommunicationandfacilitationskills–confidentleadingmeetingsandengagingwithseniorstakeholders.
• CRMproficiency(e.g.,Hubspotorsimilar)andstrongreportingcapability.
