  • Lead and facilitate workshops, working groups, and stakeholder sessions to define requirements, shape solutions, and lock in delivery plans
  • Provide expert guidance and constructive challenge to ensure initiatives align with long-term strategy
  • Oversee interdependencies across multiple workstreams, collaborating closely with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control, and Technology teams
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve challenges, escalating where necessary with clarity and authority
  • Engage senior stakeholders continuously, ensuring they are aligned, informed, and supportive
  • Produce clear, insightful updates and materials for executive committees and governance forums
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across functions to ensure cohesive execution of complex programs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in leading large-scale, strategic transformation programs in capital markets or investment banking
  • Significant experience within the Front Office / COO space, delivering tangible outcomes
  • Strong ability to scope, prioritise, and execute complex initiatives
  • Exceptional communication skills - persuasive, clear, and confident with senior audiences
  • Solid understanding of performance tracking, governance, and reporting mechanisms
  • A collaborative but assertive leadership style, able to influence and challenge at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving capability
  • Preferred 10+ years' experience in financial services, ideally within capital markets
  • Experience in regulatory change programs
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree
  • Hands-on experience working directly with Front Office stakeholders
