The Opportunity

Were looking for a driven and organised Project / Launch Manager to take ownership of high:profile projects from concept to delivery. This is a hands:on role where youll play a key part in shaping launches, driving improvements, and ensuring customer value is always at the centre of what we do.

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading projects from planning to delivery, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to keep everything on track.
• Coordinating resources across internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
• Proactively managing risks, changes, and challenges to keep projects moving forward.
• Acting as the key link between stakeholders, building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and embedding best practice into future launches.
• Handling multiple projects simultaneously while keeping a clear focus on priorities.

What Were Looking For

At least 10 years experience in a project or launch management role within automotive logistics.

• A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level.
• A proactive, customer:focused mindset : always striving to go the extra mile.
• Experience in continuous improvement and process optimisation (process engineering skills an advantage).
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Computer literacy, including strong MS Office skills.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
