What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the Charge: Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects across Retail and Hospitality, ensuring they\'re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop robust project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, costs, quality, and risk.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships through clear, confident communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the PMO and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular operational and financial updates to stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Handle escalations with professionalism, always maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and drive innovation.
  • Compliance & Safety: Champion Health & Safety and ensure all projects meet compliance and quality standards.
  • Sales Support: Partner with the bid and sales teams to shape winning proposals and promote our brand.
What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing technology projects in Retail and Hospitality.
  • Certifications in Prince2, Agile, Waterfall or similar methodologies.

  • Solid technical understanding of Networking, WiFi, cabling infrastructure, and IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in O365 and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, (url removed)).
