A leading manufacturing firm is searching for a Project Manager to coordinate new product development and customer-specific projects. Based in Redditch with hybrid working options, you will lead multi-functional teams to ensure project delivery on time. To lead and coordinate new product development and customer specific projects, ensuring the projects are delivered on time and achieve all the documented requirements. The individual will lead a range of projects within the Ingersoll Rand Transport Solutions group, leading meetings, progressing actions and maintaining project documentation.
The varied role will cover the full Transport product range and will focus on ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers from a technical and commercial perspective. The role will require the individual to work effectively across multiple locations (UK, Europe and India) and work in conjunction with the wider Transport team.
Working closely with Product Management and Engineering, the Project Manager will ensure all projects follow the standard IR NPD process and ensure that all projects have a strong commercial justification and product definition that is aligned with the product line strategy.
This role is considered an invaluable member of the Transport team, and the individual must have the drive, tenacity, vision and interpersonal skills to succeed in a fast‑moving and result‑driven environment.
