A leading agricultural cooperative based in Moira, Northern Ireland is seeking a Project Manager to implement the UKG Ready Human Resources Information System. This role involves managing the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a degree in IT or similar, experience in HRIS implementations, and exceptional project management skills. A driving license and flexibility to travel are essential. Reporting to the Group Sustainability Director, we seek a Project Manager to implement the Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) Ready Human Resources Information System to harmonise and modernise HR processes across the Group. Based in Moira with a requirement to travel to other sites, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project’s scope and successful system adoption across multiple sites, business functions and jurisdictions.
