Overview

Project Manager (Healthcare Refurbishment) – £50,000 - £60,000 + Performance Bonus + Project Ownership + Career Growth + Professional Development. Central London / London area. Are you a Project Manager with a background in construction seeking a dynamic, hands-on role in a growing organisation? This is an opportunity to join an innovative business delivering high-quality, fast-track projects within the healthcare sector for private and NHS clients. You will manage projects end-to-end, from initial enquiry to handover, with a split of site-based work (about 60%) and office-based planning (about 40%), and travel across London to multiple healthcare sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist project delivery team with a reputation for creating modern, cost-efficient healthcare facilities and driving process improvements to meet evolving client needs.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery at all stages
• Define and document project essentials: scope, timescales, resources, budgets, risks, opportunities, and quality benchmarks
• Lead and chair multi-disciplinary client and stakeholder meetings
• Collaborate with commercial teams on cost control, scheduling, and procurement
• Oversee technical commissioning alongside NHS Trust partners and design specialists
• Implement proactive risk management strategies to mitigate project risks

The Person

• Project Manager or similar role with a background in healthcare construction or healthcare projects
• Based in or within a commutable distance of London (Central London preferred)
• Experience in refurbishment projects within healthcare settings is desirable
