Responsible for driving project delivery across our Engineering teams, we are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Engaging with a multi-disciplinary team you will deliver effective and fit for purpose solutions that optimise our customer's experience of working with Rotork. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of projects that align with our organisation's strategic goal

• Accountable for delivering small to medium size projects on time, aligned with business expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders throughout the project
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to senior management
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

Qualifications

• Proven project leadership and delivery of small to medium sized projects across an engineering environment.
• Experience with Modular Bill of Materials (ModBOM) would be highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices and appropriate tools.
• Takes initiative and works under own direction, demonstrating self-reliance and confidence.
• Clear and effective communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• A team player that shares knowledge and insights, but also able to demonstrate a strong level of initiative.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; engineering background preferred
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
• Works effectively with people across a wide range of disciplines and levels (both internal and external resources).
• Supports and encourages positive working behaviours in others during task fulfilment.
