A housing organization in England is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the Digital Switchover Programme. This pivotal role requires overseeing a nationwide transition from analogue to digital services, ensuring seamless upgrades for telecare services. Location: Flexible (home-based with travel to Dartford office & sites as required)
Contract Type: 12-month fixed‑term contract (Hours negotiable)
Salary: Flexible depending on experience

What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Moats Digital Switchover Programme ensuring a smooth transition from analogue to digital services across our housing portfolio. This nationwide change known as the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) switch‑off affects all UK households, businesses and public services. We must upgrade our telecare and other connected services to digital networks ahead of the official switch‑off deadline to ensure service continuity and enhance safety reliability and future‑readiness.
This is a pivotal role in Moats transformation journey working closely with the Head of Delivery & Change & our Director of Data & Technology to deliver a high‑impact programme that directly affects customers and operational teams.
You will be joining the programme at a key point our solutions have been identified multiple suppliers have been onboarded and we are now entering the crucial phase of delivery. As we progress through our schemes testing solutions & communicating with customers, underpinning this complex programme with a well‑controlled plan will be essential to our success.
We support agile working and provide all necessary IT equipment to enable flexible working between home and our Dartford office, as part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking team committed to delivering meaningful change for our customers.
