A prominent NHS Trust in Leatherhead is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital initiatives and enhance stakeholder collaboration in project management. The ideal candidate will possess a degree and certification in project management methodologies. This full-time position offers a salary ranging from £50,008 to £56,908 per year, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job summary: The Trust's strategic focus is on creating a digital environment that simplifies processes, enhances collaboration, and ensures that staff can focus on delivering high-quality care without being burdened by unnecessary administrative tasks or inefficient systems.
Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) support services within the Digital division are aligned to establish a more integrated team to improve collaboration and communication between the EHR facing teams and, as a result, improve the quality of support provided to our frontline staff.
A Digital Project Management Office (PMO) has been introduced to better manage the numerous, complex projects that are ongoing within the division and support the effective delivery of digital projects and programmes and digital workstreams in Trust projects and programmes.
This selection process will include a short interview and a test on 17 October. The successful candidates from this round will then be invited to attend a full panel interview on 27 October.
