A leading service organization is seeking a Transformation Project Manager for the Children’s Integrated Commissioning Service. Your role will involve leading initiatives to improve mental health, emotional wellbeing, and multi-agency pathways. The ideal candidate has experience in managing complex projects in children's services and strong stakeholder engagement skills. This position offers a contract inside IR35 with a workweek of 35 hours.

Tower Hamlets Town Hall | Inside IR35 | 35 hours/week | £190.11 PAYE / £250 Umbrella

Contract Duration: 5 October 2025 – 31 March 2026

  • Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing: Improve access, early intervention, and integrated support.
  • SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities): Enhance multi-agency pathways and provision.
  • Treatment & System Pathway Development: Design streamlined, person-centred care models.
