Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT systems procurement or RFP processes in property or facilities.
• Understanding of CAFM, IWMS, or asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end RFP process for selecting IT vendors.
• Develop and manage the project plan and governance framework.
• Collaboration with business stakeholders to define system requirements.
• Coordinate market engagement and vendor communications.
• Facilitate vendor demonstrations and scoring workshops.
