About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic and operational projects that drive transformation across Baxi. You will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring on time delivery, within scope, and on budget, while adding real value to the business. The ability to manage digital change and the impacts on the operation; people and process, will be core to this role. Having the ability to translate complex requirements, issues, or situations into simple to understand communication is also essential.

What You will Do
  • Deliver projects from initiation to completion, including planning, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
  • Monitor milestones, risks, and budgets, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings within Baxi Group operations.
  • Facilitate communication across teams to support change and innovation.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in successfully leading and delivering process, people and culture, and digital projects.
  • Ideally within a complex business environment and recognised Project Management qualifications.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communicator and team worker, with outstanding stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
