Overview

Salary: GBP65,000 – GBP70,000 per annum + package

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects with values circa GBP10 million?

TS Recruitment is working with a well–established main contractor who build care homes and commercial projects. We are currently recruiting a site-based Project Manager on large new build schemes.

What’s on Offer

Key Responsibilities
  • Full operational responsibility for new build projects with values circa GBP10 million
  • Typical projects are new build care homes, schools and hospitals
  • Collaborate closely with the Construction Director to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
  • Write site programmes and amend throughout the build
  • Manage on–site labour and subcontractors effectively
  • Interpret and provide guidance on technical drawings
  • Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
  • Perform regular site inspections to assess progress and quality
  • Chair site meetings with the client

Candidate Requirements
