Overview
I am currently working with a Utilities Client on an exciting Project Engineer role. As an Engineering Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing and delivering multiple infrastructure and construction projects across London and the South East.
It's a dynamic, hands-on opportunity to shape the future of essential and critical national infrastructure while driving real improvements in operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure and construction projects across London and the South East
- Oversee full project lifecycle: scoping, procurement, commissioning, and handover
- Ensure cost-efficiency, innovation, and safety throughout
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors
- Adhere strictly to health & safety standards, including CDM regulations
- Independently manage up to 15 live projects
- Be present on site/office 5 days a week
- Project Management experience in a similar industry (Utilities, Transport, Major Infrastructure projects, Construction)
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural) OR Capital Delivery/Asset Management background
- Experience managing contractors and multiple stakeholders
- Solid grasp of health & safety (CDM knowledge a plus)
- Experience in a heavily regulated industry

Benefits & Location
- Salary range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
- 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with length of service (plus bank holidays)
