The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role will require strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to inspire and drive teams to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Project Leadership: Managing all aspects of projects valued between £40m-£90m.
  • Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects to the highest standards.
  • Programme Control: Ensuring works are completed on time and in accordance with programme schedules.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Promoting and enforcing the highest safety standards across all activities.
  • Financial Oversight: Managing project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.

  • Proven experience managing projects valued over £40m, preferably within a main contractor environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
