Required Experience & Professional Qualifications
  • Commercial awareness, and good level of programming and contract knowledge. Familiarity with NEC 4 contracts, and an understanding of how project and package P&L impacts on corporate finances.
  • Experience working for a tier 1 contractor and managing a project portfolio up to £15 million.
  • Degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field, professional certification in project management, or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma Methodologies is an advantage.
  • Significant experience in highways construction, specifically road building and drainage systems.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC or ICE contract conditions and programme management.
  • SMSTS certification and a valid CSCS card.
