Overview

Our Client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project / Launch Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing resources and stakeholder expectations effectively. They should have the ability to look at continuous improvements that enhance value for the customer—whether internal or external.

The candidate must be able to communicate effectively, be highly organised and remain focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication at the highest level and demonstrate a can-do attitude.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in automotive (non-negotiable), preferably within a similar existing role.
• Experience in logistics and project management and continuous improvement.
• Experience with CAD is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Hours & Benefits

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 (1/2-hour break). Some weekend working may be required during busy periods. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days.
