Overview

Project Manager – Human Capital Management

Location: Co. Fermanagh

Salary: £45,000+ per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time, office-based, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the local implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, working in collaboration with an international project team.

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the project, ensuring all targets are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality tolerances. The successful candidate will act as the primary local contact, providing updates and reports to the PMO Manager and engaging closely with business process owners and integration teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage local end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, updates, and risk management.
  • Use project management tools to create dashboards and reports for tracking and decision-making.
  • Oversee data integration and migration processes, ensuring secure and efficient handling of information.
  • Deliver detailed project reports and analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage wave deployments to ensure compliance and alignment with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation to create a reliable knowledge base.
  • Apply project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2) to ensure structure, manage risks, and streamline workflows.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and provide leadership to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or Human Capital Management platform implementation desirable.
  • Strong background in data integration and management.
  • Proven experience using SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
  • Recognised project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
