A leading care organization in Morecambe is seeking a Project Manager to support individuals with learning disabilities. The role involves overseeing projects to enhance the quality of care, ensuring CQC standards are met while providing leadership to the staff. Candidates should have management experience and be dedicated to delivering effective support. We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and run projects in Morecambe, supporting individuals with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives within a high‑quality care environment. You must be warm, caring and entirely committed to providing effective active support that enables people to live fulfilling lives. You will have previous management or supervisory experience in a similar setting and will be an outstanding role model for our staff, combining leadership and management with holistic, personalised support.
Work flexibility: you will be expected to work shifts on the rota, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Creative Support provides comprehensive training, including the opportunity to undertake a Diploma in Health & Social Care (Level 5), and other practitioner/leadership training.
