Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and run projects in Morecambe, supporting individuals with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives within a high‑quality care environment. You must be warm, caring and entirely committed to providing effective active support that enables people to live fulfilling lives. You will have previous management or supervisory experience in a similar setting and will be an outstanding role model for our staff, combining leadership and management with holistic, personalised support.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Service Manager in ensuring the service meets and surpasses CQC standards and the contract specification.
  • Collaborate extensively with service users, their families, friends and pertinent professionals to maximise client outcomes.
  • Work with service users to build on existing living skills and attain new ones.
  • Supervise a team of staff members.

Work flexibility: you will be expected to work shifts on the rota, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Training & Development

Creative Support provides comprehensive training, including the opportunity to undertake a Diploma in Health & Social Care (Level 5), and other practitioner/leadership training.
