Overview

Project Manager – Location: Yorkshire / Nationwide – Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum + package

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects with values circa £10 million?

TS Recruitment is working with a well-established main contractor who build care homes and commercial projects. We are currently recruiting a no1 site-based Project Manager on large new build schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full operational responsibility for new build projects with values circa £10 million
  • Typical projects are new build care homes, schools and hospitals
  • Collaborate closely with the Construction Director to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
  • Write site programmes and amend throughout the build
  • Manage on-site labour and subcontractors effectively
  • Interpret and provide guidance on technical drawings
  • Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
  • Perform regular site inspections to assess progress and quality
  • Chair site meetings with the client

A growing and established main contractor specialising in new build care homes valued up to £10 million. Projects include commercial developments and care homes.

Candidate Requirements
  • SMSTS and First Aid certification
  • CSCS card (preferably Black)
  • Proven experience managing care home or commercial build projects for a main contractor
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ambition to progress within a long-term role
