Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• You manage multiple projects simultaneously
• You coordinate and carry out the preparation of proposals business plans proposal work statements and associated budgets.
• You support the Head of MTiS in maintaining financial processes progress reporting resource management and administrative processes
• You ensure that all projects are successfully completed delivered on‑time within scope and within budget
• You are responsible for the coordination of internal project team and external partners for the flawless execution of projects
• You highlight risks and issues put mitigating measures in place and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Who Are We Looking For

• You have 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Excellent client‑facing and internal presentation skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure; ability to adhere to deadlines
• Results oriented with a hands‑on mentality
• Project Management certification (PMP / Prince2 / AgilePM / PSM)
