Overview

A respected construction consultancy based in Leeds is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team and deliver high-profile developments across the commercial, residential and education sectors. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who is looking to take ownership of a diverse range of projects while working within a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of construction projects across Yorkshire, including producing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, leading project meetings, and coordinating with contractors and design teams.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and that quality standards are maintained.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment, while also supporting junior colleagues and contributing to team development.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in a construction consultancy or client-side environment
  • Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Chartered or working towards (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM)
  • Strong understanding of UK construction practices, contracts, and project controls
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work from the Leeds office and attend local site visits
