Are you a Project Manager interested in joining a leading residential developer on a £80m new build residential & commercial development project in Greater Manchester?

There is an exciting new opportunity to join a well established regional build contractor & developer in the North West to manage a brand new development starting end of Jan 2026. The project comprises a mix of apartment blocks, retail and hotel units with public realm areas. Responsible as Project Lead from the pre-construction stage to operational delivery managing a multi-disciplinary site team, chairing subcontractor design meetings, commercial progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

This is a growing regional business with an impressive pipeline of projects that can offer excellent career development opportunities.

Experience / Qualifications Required:
  • Proven track record of delivery as Project Lead / Project Manager within either a build contractor or residential developer on mixed use residential commercial developments.
  • Experience of full project management of packages from demolition stage, structural to managing interior packages.
  • Academically Qualified either BSc Construction Management or BEng Civil Engineering and/ or trade background & relevant industry tickets and health & safety certificates.
  • Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
  • Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
Salary & Package on offer:
  • Base £70,000 - £75,000
