A prominent housing association in Greater London is seeking a Project Manager - Building Safety to lead fire safety remediation projects. The role involves managing projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and high-quality standards. As a Project Manager - Building Safety, you will play a critical role in delivering fire safety remediation works across our existing homes. Working within the Building Safety Remediation team, you will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and futureproofed.
You'll be responsible for developing due diligence files, understanding building construction and materials, and leading the appointment and management of consultants and contractors. Through effective project, risk and stakeholder management, you will ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a strong focus on resident experience.
