PROJECT MANAGER

London, UK (Hybrid Working – 3 days in the office per week)

A benchmarked salary between £48,300 to £54,600 based on your level within our progression framework.

Project Managers work closely with teams across the business including operations, client services, strategy, social media management and creative. You’ll play a crucial role in managing project plans and timelines, reporting on commercials, collaborating with resource management and implementing ways of working.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Managing the account operations and day‑to‑day client requirements, including timelines and project plans, implementing ways of working and managing resource requirements.
  • Proactively foreseeing commercial and operational challenges, escalating to key stakeholders internally and externally when required, and providing recommendations on solutions.
  • Supporting the administration and management of projects in our agency‑management software (Productive), ensuring everything is set up accurately, managed efficiently and reported on regularly.
  • Ensuring timesheets are updated in a timely manner each week and reporting regularly on progress with improvement recommendations.
  • Developing and maintaining brilliant collaborative relationships with your account teams to deliver seamlessly.
  • Communicating clearly and confidently so every team member knows exactly what’s expected at all stages, and articulating project plans to clients where required.

  • 2+ years experience working in social media (agency‑side preferable).
