• Proactivelymanageallprojectaspects,fromtimelinestobudgets,withakeyfocusonriskmitigationandensuringasmoothtransitionandpositivechangeexperiencefortheclient'steams.
• Leadandmentoradedicatedprojectteam,fosteringacollaborativeenvironmentfocusedondeliveringanexceptionalclientandcandidateexperience.

Whowearelookingfor:

• Anexperiencedprofessionalwith2-5yearsofprojectmanagementexperience,ideallygainedwithinanHR,TalentAcquisition,orHRtechnologyenvironment.DirectexperiencewithRPO,MSP,orSOWimplementationsisamajorplus.
• Someonewithastrongcommandofprojectmanagementprinciples,combinedwithapassionforsolvingpeople-centricchallengesinafast-pacedenvironment.

• Astrategicthinkerwhounderstandshowtalentprocessesimpactthewiderbusiness.ABachelor’sdegreeinHumanResources,Business,orarelatedfieldispreferred.
