Our client, a respected and growing building services contractor, is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. While the main office is located in Suffolk, this role will predominantly oversee projects across Norfolk, with an immediate focus on several high‑profile schemes in Great Yarmouth.
This opportunity would suit either a Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager with experience in building services delivery who is confident leading projects through to completion. The successful candidate must be comfortable travelling between office, client meetings and site locations as required.
Reporting into the senior operations team, the M&E Project Manager will take responsibility for managing project delivery from planning through to handover. The role involves coordinating teams, overseeing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing budgets and timelines, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and suppliers.
