We are seeking a Project Manager to support key aerospace programmes based in Filton. This hybrid role requires someone confident in technical discussions and experienced working alongside engineering, procurement, and design teams within a regulated aerospace environment.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified with APM, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
• Aerospace experience with a solid understanding of aircraft systems and engineering processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to hold technical conversations with engineers.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project and ICC (Integrated Configuration Controls) - essential.
• Proven stakeholder management experience, interfacing across engineering, procurement, and design.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead delivery of engineering and systems projects to meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Chief Engineering, Procurement, Customer Services, and Manufacturing.
• Build, maintain, and manage structured project plans using MS Project.
• Act as a confident customer-facing representative while managing internal and external relationships.
• Drive project reporting, risk management, and support financial and planning processes.
