Job Title: Project Manager

Department: TNHG Property Services

Reporting to: Managing Director

Role Overview

To lead and deliver projects successfully from start to finish. This role involves coordinating teams, managing timelines and ensuring projects meet objectives, while driving business initiatives that support growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
  • Identify and manage risks, resolving issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with the business and team members.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Drive business initiatives that improve processes, enhance customer experience, and support strategic goals.
  • Analyse project outcomes and recommend improvements aligned with business objectives.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in respect of Connells group instructions and raise any issues/concerns which may arise.
  • Attend relevant external meetings, forums and think banks to develop key skills.
