About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic change initiatives that enhance our service to clients and support RLAM’s evolving business priorities. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered with precision and purpose.

We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with:

• Experience delivering investment capability in new asset classes, new products such as ETFs, or new jurisdictions
• Knowledge of how to establish Fund Management Companies (ManCos)
• Understanding of regulatory landscape

You will:

• Lead the full lifecycle of change projects aligned to RLAM’s strategic goals
• Build and empower cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and trust
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial controls
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring delivery remains on track
• Apply quality assurance processes to all project outputs
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
• Conduct project reviews to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement

About You

• Proven experience engaging with Senior Leadership and Executive stakeholders
• Strong track record of delivering end-to-end projects in Financial Services
• Skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision
• Proficient in planning tools and financial governance frameworks
